VOLUNTEERING WITH THE ALLENTOWN SYMPHONY ASSOCIATION

Since the Allentown Symphony Association was founded more than 50 years ago, the efforts of volunteers have made a tremendous difference in the success of our mission. Today, there are many areas in which volunteers can help make the Allentown Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Hall a success. Here are a few of the ways you can help:

Symphony Hall Concert Ushers
Passing out programs, taking tickets, helping patrons to find their seats; and hear the concerts for free while you do it! Contact Tracy Damiani at 610-432-7961, ext. 112

Rodale Room Event Ushers
Take tickets, helping patrons to find seats/tables, help with catering transitions; and hear the concerts for free while you do it! Contact Deb Wessner at 610-432-7961
 

Neighborhood Welcome Crew
Join the crew that welcomes patrons to the Symphony Hall neighborhood, directing them from their parking places 1-2 blocks away. Uniform vests provided. See most of the show for free! Contact Tracy Damiani at 610-432-7961 x 112
 

Sales Mailing Helpers
Help us get the word out by assembling the frequent personalized mailings sent by the Allentown Symphony Association to patrons throughout the community. Refreshments and free tickets provided. Contact Lucy Bloise at 610-432-7961, ext. 104

Development Program Helpers
Help us with events and activities that raise financial support for the Allentown Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Hall. Free tickets, refreshments, and fun are guaranteed! Contact Sharon Schenkel at 610-432-7961, ext. 204

Schadt Competition Volunteers
